Setup and Initial Meeting
We will act as your
administrator and prepare all the necessary documents and provide it
to the new payroll service provider until the first payroll
processed. I will verify the information that we
inputted to ensure 100% accuracy.
During the Interview
session, we will discuss the following:
- Determine pay cycle that
is suitable for your organization's needs (e.g. weekly,
semi-monthly, etc.)
- Determine pay periods
and pay dates that is appropriate for your business
- Determine vendors
(in-house or outsource)
- Price comparison
research and features between vendors
